The site, known as the Beaver Bank Villa, has a long history and many years ago contained housing units, a community hall, a fire station, a school, a church, a shop, etc. (all demolished by 2004) to support workers at a nearby military radar base that operated in the 1950s and 1960s. All that remains are the paved streets and driveways, and a fake town has been built on them..

I’m Writing This To the writers and producers of the show: please don’t turn this into another “Lost” – another disappointment. None of the characters communicate with each other or share what’s going on in the town.
And this is so annoying
It’s as if they’ve suddenly become oblivious, intentionally withholding important information that could help them understand what’s going on. Also, in every single episode something new happens, but it’s never explained. I’ve watched 14 episodes so far and nothing has been explained – just like and ‘Lost.’ So please, writers and producers, don’t spoil this one either.
