The Duttons faced new challenges in the early 20th century, including the rise of western expansion, Prohibition, and the Great Depression. While the Great Depression began in America in 1929, it began very early in Montana. The Great Depression began in Montana in 1918, nearly 10 years before the rest of the country. While the rest of America was thriving, Montana was struggling. Between drought and the decline in demand for agricultural products due to the end of the “Great War” (known as World War I, from 1914 to 1918), many farmers suffered greatly. As a result, Montana farmers defaulted on their war loans, leading to widespread bank failures across the state. Between 1921 and 1925, half of Montana’s farmers lost their land. By 1925, 70,000 of Montana’s 82,000 properties were gone. Additionally, 200 Montana banks failed. Drought affected not only crops but also locust infestations and livestock succumbed to disease. He stars in Timeless Heroes: Indiana Jones and Harrison Ford (2023). After Yellowstone it was a different but similar feeling….. I really enjoyed it and while I would need to see the ore, something makes me feel like maybe it could be better (more challenging after Yellowstone!) BUT. BUT. BUT… It looks like it’s finally going to pick up when the side stories merge… And then it ends – apparently it’s set for a second season – BUT – if it doesn’t, you’ve just wasted your time as a story no it’s not even at the end of that first series. And there is currently no announcement or plan for a second season…. This makes me so angry! It’s like going to a nice restaurant and only serving chicken without the main course!!! What the hell…. Come on makers…. Get your fingers out!!!!
